- PDCs (Post-Dated Cheques): Accepted during enrollment processing for structured installment security. Cheques must follow specific formatting rules shared at submission.
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Instantly supported at our campus collection counters via secure dynamically generated QR codes.

Institutional Terms & Financial Governance
- Obligation of Timely Remittance: All academic cycle schedules and installment frameworks must be settled on or prior to the dates finalized on the student admission acceptance form.
- Late Settlement Penalty Levies: Delayed installments will trigger an automated daily administrative fine of ₹250 ($5 for international lines) past the scheduled grace window.
- Institutional Suspension Thresholds: Defaulting on payment parameters for more than 21 working days beyond scheduled timelines will lead to suspension of institutional server credentials, learning management access, and classroom participation.
- External Board Variations: Pearson Examination board schedules, assessment frameworks, and dynamic cost matrices remain external adjustments completely detached from RCL Mumbai administrative control.
Statutory Refund Policy Framework (India Region Accord)
RCL Mumbai follows a clear structure matching Indian national higher education guidelines. Refunds are mapped sequentially against the formal institutional orientation/commencement date:
